(hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”)
2. Subject of the service
The operator provides customers with:
- short-term and long-term parking of motor vehicles,
- reservation of a parking space,
- transfer of persons between the parking lot and the airport,
- other additional services listed on the website.
The service is intended for vehicles up to a maximum weight of 3.5 tons, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Parking space reservation
A reservation can be made:
- via the website,
- by phone,
- by e-mail.
A reservation is considered binding after confirmation by the Operator.
The Operator reserves the right to refuse a reservation in case of full capacity or for other operational reasons.
4. Price and payment terms
The price of the service is governed by the current price list published on the website.
Payment can be made:
- by online payment card,
- by bank transfer,
- in cash.
All prices are in EUR.
5. Arrival at the parking lot
The customer is obliged to:
- arrive at the reserved time,
- provide correct vehicle details,
- follow the instructions of the parking lot attendants.
The vehicle keys remain with the customer throughout the parking period. It is not necessary to hand them over to the Operator.
In the event of a significant delay, the Operator reserves the right not to guarantee the reserved space.
6. Airport transfer
If the transfer is part of the service:
- is provided according to the Operator’s operational capabilities,
- the customer is obliged to follow the driver’s instructions,
- the Operator is not responsible for delays caused by traffic situations, accidents or force majeure.
7. Customer Responsibilities
The customer may not:
- leave hazardous substances in the vehicle,
- store flammables, explosives or other hazardous materials in the vehicle,
- carry out vehicle repairs in the parking area,
- pollute or damage the area.
The vehicle must be properly locked and secured.
8. Liability for the vehicle
The operator provides parking space rental.
The Operator is not responsible for:
- theft of the vehicle,
- theft of items left in the vehicle,
- damage to the vehicle caused by a third party,
- damage caused by a natural disaster,
- damage caused by force majeure.
The Customer acknowledges that parking does not replace accident or other vehicle insurance.
9. Extension of parking
If the Customer does not pick up the vehicle on the agreed date, he is obliged to inform the Operator immediately.
For each additional day of parking, the price according to the current price list will be charged.
